When reporting a bug, malicious ad or site issues please include the following information:
1. The device you are using (mobile, tablet, PC etc) the more specific model the better.
2. Which internet browser you are using (Chrome, Firefox etc) and version number.
3. A detailed description of the bug or the problem you’re experiencing. The more information the better, such as what pages this happens on and how often.
4. What other devices and internet browsers have you tried replicating the bug on and does it still happen?
5. Screenshots of the bug or malicious ad would be helpful if possible.
6. If you’re reporting a malicious or redirecting ad, a link to the specific ad would be a huge help.
